Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my bio. If you are reading this, it most likely means you are seriously looking for an agent to help you with one of life’s biggest and most important transactions (buying and/or selling real estate). I fully understand the magnitude of this important Life Event, that is why I take the time to completely understand the needs of my clients and always work with their satisfaction in mind. In fact, seeing the happiness on the faces of my clients at the end of the process is truly what motivates me and is the number one reason why I love being a real estate broker.

My personal story begins in the Dominican Republic (where I was born and raised). After earning my degree in Computer Engineering I moved to the Netherlands, where I lived and worked many years for Linksys by Cisco. One day, while visiting my brother in Spain, I met my future (American) husband on a bus traveling from Burgos to Madrid. Several years and months later I found myself living in the United States. First living in South Carolina, then Illinois, and now Northwest Indiana, where we have lived happily since 2013 (*special note to my Illinois friends, be sure to check out the Top Ten in the menu bar on the home page 😊). In addition to my American Citizenship, I can also thank my husband for the career change. Admittedly, I was somewhat hesitant with the advice (not exactly what most Computer Engineers have in mind as a career), but he insisted that I am much more of a “people person” than a “computer person” and I am so happy I listened. I have met so many wonderful people and it is never boring. In the time that I have been a realtor I have seen almost every challenging transaction anyone can imagine, but that has been a blessing. Not only have I significantly expanded my real estate knowledge, but it has given me the confidence to tackle any situation with a “can do” attitude. I am a strong believer that it is through overcoming the challenges in life that we grow, and it is one of the main reasons to which I contribute my success in becoming a top-producer.
